musical concert featuring the performances by -

Abhinayakshetra School of Bharatnatyam and
upcoming artists Shubham Sarkar (Violin)
& Mayukh Das (Santoor)
on the 28th & 29th of January 2023 at Triveni Amphi Theatre,
New Delhi.
Through this event Santoor Ashram will be promoting Indian
Classical Music and Dance, along with the rich and cultural
heritage of the country.
It will also provide a great opportunity for the upcoming stars
to share experience and stage with the stalwarts.

Our proposal to your general conscience is to kindly come

forward and support the concert by presenting it along with
Santoor Ashram.

To our ‘Title sponsor’ we would offer….
PRE – CONCERT VISIBILITY
• The entire programme will be presented by the Title-Sponsor.
• In all the cyber publicities mention & logo of the Title-sponsor of the
concert.
• The backdrop of the concert will bear the logo as Title-Sponsor.
• The invitation cards will bear the logo of the organisation as a Title-
Sponsor.
• Exclusive preview of the event through whats app and other media
channels with the sponsors being highlighted.
• Publicity through leading FM channels.

ON THE DAY OF CONCERT

• Place for displaying exclusive standees(4) of the Co-Sponsor at the
venue on the day of the concert (Standees to be provided by the
sponsor).
• Representative of the company will be invited on the stage to give
away the Memento / Shawl / Flower to the artists.
• MC’s acknowledgement during the event.
• Presence in the backdrop.
• Exclusive Zones for the company dignitaries to witness the concert.
•A representative from your distinguished organisation will share
his/her views before the Grand Concert / AV to be played.

POST – CONCERT ACTIVITY

• The entire concert will be extensively covered by print and electronic
medias.
• Clippings of the concert will be later available on the cyber media
where Sponsors’ name will be highly visible on the backdrop.
• Live streaming of the entire concert to bear the logo of the sponsor.
•A brochure will be published with the details of the concert &
mentioning your coveted organisation as the title sponsor.
