What is Music Fest’21 about?

A musical evening with strict SOPS followed by attendees and singers. The event will be covered
by some very famous singers. This event will also provide our local singers a chance to perform
in front of the audience and show off their skills. We'll have a lineup of local vocalists from
various schools of Lahore to help them gain confidence. 800+ people are expected to attend this
event. We aim to provide the people of Lahore with a time to relax and remember. We know
how the current Covid-19 pandemic is hurting the flow of things, and we hope that this event
will let people forget about it and enjoy themselves.

Expenses And Tentative Budget

 We will have to rent out J5 Resort to accommodate 850+ people which will cost us around
230,000
 Arrangements for the concert would cost us around 500,000.
 We will have to get 900 tickets printed which will cost around 7,000 and also get posters and
flexes printed to display at our venue which will cost at least 800 each.
 We’ll have to arrange bouncers and guards for the event which will cost us around 150,000
 We will be Inviting Hassan Raheem which will cost us around 620,000, Omer Mukhtar will
charge at least 50,000 and Anna Salman from ‘The All-Girl Band’ will charge 50,000.
 Miscellaneous expenses would be around 100,000

Tentative Budget: 150,0000.
