1. What are our visions about (purpose)?

Vision is a big picture of what you desire to achieve in a long-run and to think or plan

about the future with imagination or wisdom and how to you will get there. Also, it describes

your personal values, your strengths and your goals generally in a time frame of five to ten years.

Furthermore, values are individual beliefs that you hold dear and guide or motivates you

to take actions in your life or work. It determines your priorities, what is worthy and right for

you, and what is good and beneficial. Life can be much easier when you acknowledge your

values.

Thus, we vision ourselves us Flight Attendants, Hotel Front Desk Officer, owner of 5-star

Hotel and Resort and other tourism related professions in the future. Also, we won't close our

doors for other opportunities and possibilities even outside in our chosen field such us

Professional e-Sports Commentator, Bank Teller, Virtual Assistant (VA) etc.

Our vision will not end when we achieve it, but it is only the beginning and we want to

become globally competitive individuals and professionals in our chosen field, equipped with

hard skills to compete in a global job market requirements, and to develop personal and

professional confidence and capabilities.

Challenges will always arise sooner or later, therefore, we vision ourselves to be able to

overcome the obstacles and problems presented. We will able to address it promptly and have
trust in each other's ability and strength to advance not just professionally but also in other areas

of life.
