2. Evidence Submitted:
 - Two (2) heat-sealed transparent plastic sachet of suspected shabu
marked as PAP-1 12/13/22 and PAP-2 12/13/22. Furthermore, one (1)
1000 peso bill received from the poseur-buyer as marked money
marked as PAP-3 12/13/22 and two (2) Cal. 45 pistol marked as PAP-4
12/13/22 and PAP-5 12/13/22 all with signature of the seizing officer.

3. Further request furnish this MPS result of laboratory examination to

support the filing of criminal charge/s against the aforementioned
suspect for Violation of Section 5 and 11 of Republic Act 9165 or the
Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002.
