COMES NOW, the undersigned, Police Chief Inspector Bryan C. Catapang, a chief of police officer presently
assigned at Lopez,Quezon and having been duly sworn to in a accordance with law hereby depose and state
the following under oath:

1. He was informed and verily believes that Lemuel Robles , who may be found at the premises 598
Zone 1 Brgy.Danlagan Lopez,Quezon, in his possession, custody and control, the following firearms
and ammunitions being kept inside his house and premises.
2. That the undersigned has verified the report and found it to be fact and was confirmed to him by
his witness, PCpl Geerald De Magiba and PCpl. Agustin Yap who were able to gain entry into the
aforementioned premises of the respondents, and has therefor reason to believe that a search
warrant should be issued to enable and undersigned to take possession and bring this to Court the
following described property:
a. one (1) .45 caliber colt 1911 pistol; and
b. Ammunitions of a foresaid fire arms
3. WHEREOF, the undersigned prays to this Honorable Court to issue a search warrant authorizing him
or his men or any peace officer to search the premises and if machines are attached to the ground, padlock
the premises describe in this application and to seize and bring to this Honorable Court the personal property
above described to be dealt full accord with existing laws.
