What is topic all about?
- Is all about Material Development, materials can be informative,
instructional, experiential, eliciting, and exploratory.
- Materials refers to everything used to help teaching language learners
and to facilitate teachers and learners in the language learning.
- materials development is a practical undertaking involving the
production, evaluation, adoption, and exploitation of materials intended
to facilitate language acquisition and development.
- The current trends and issue in materials development: Change the goal
of teaching English, Early start of teaching English, Change in the
approach of Teaching Culture, Changing view of an English Teacher.

Why it is being undertaken?

- Material development play such a central role in EFL learning because
they effectively mediate between the course content, the teacher and
pupils. Material development can also be beneficial in aiding teachers'
understanding and application of language acquisition theories, as well as
in supporting teachers' ongoing personal and professional development.

How it will be carried out?

- Materials are anything which is used by teachers and leaners to
facilitate the learning of a language, including coursebook, videos, graded
readers, flash cards, games, websites and mobile phone interactions.
Much of the language input learners and language training that takes
place in the classroom is often based on instructional materials. Materials
development is an area of study as well as a practical project. It is a field
that explores the concepts and practices of language education materials
design, implementation, and evaluation.
