POWERPOINT PRESENTATION EXAMPLE/TEMPLATE

Things to consider when preparing PPT presentation slides

1. Maximum of seven (7) slides only
2. If possible use fonts that are easily readable (ex. Arial, Tahoma, Times New Roman)
3. Use at least size 18 for fonts.
4. Avoid slide designs and animations that can distract the readers.
5. Parts that are not seen or placed on the slides can be discussed while presenting
like introduction or RRLs
6. Wear appropriate formal clothes when presenting even during virtual presentations

Slide 1: The project title and proponents name

Follow the correct way of writing the research title. All caps except
for scientific names. Scientific names should be italicized. It should
be written in inverted pyramid way.

Proponent’s name/s should all be capitalized like the example:

Slide 2: Introduction

The title for each part can emphasized by coloring the word
box. It should be written in all caps and centered. Font size at
least 35 to 40.

glasses for the
readers or
audience to read.

Slide 3: Statement of the Problem or Objectives of the Study

Just choose
whether
statement of the
problem or
objectives for this
part. The
difference is
discussed below.
Slide 4: The Scope and Limitations of the Study

Slide 5: The Significance of the Study

Slide 6: The Review of Related Literature (RRL)

Slide 7: The Methodology (Materials and Methods).
Focus only on the materials and experimental design and treatments, the rest of the parts will be
discussed during the presentation.
Write the procedures in a list form. Just discuss the procedures during the presentation.
