    BME – 2202

    What is the most relevant theory of motivation for you as a student and a future
    career person? Fully explain with related situations.

    The most relevant theory for me is Four-Drive Theory which consists of Drive to
    acquire, to bond, to comprehend, and to defend.

    This theory connects to me because of how it sets me to do things via emotional


    drives. Making things done are difficult for me to be done without an emotional support to
    those things that needs to be done. Just like when I’m doing a homework, I need to
    motivate myself especially on the side of my emotions. Because I can’t do work when I’m
    sad and so down.

    This will also help me to acquire what I want in my future career as this completes
    my overall finding to my emotional drives. Keeping myself sturdy and also man up on the
    decisions and situation that may come to me can be easy to go through if I keep myself
    motivated and controlled to those emotional drives.
