matters  He said we produce AC / DC fans and also make stabilizer.
 Told him about the kits. He asked price over the phone.
 Didn’t tell and ask him to have a meeting. So, he invited me in factory on
Saturday 07-01-2023.

Discussion  Went to Philco Electrical Industries

matters  Mr. Javed not in factory. Called Mr. Javed and he told he is outside and
asked to leave samples and come tomorrow so that they can test before I
reach tomorrow.
 Left samples LPF IR & RF to Mr. Hassan (Accountant). He told production
is just started.

Discussion  Had conversation with Mr. Javed Iqbal.

matters  He told they are just about to purchase kits.
 In 2021, they were working with family traders whereas they did
purchasing from HZ Traders last season.
 He said they are getting price of LPF-IR Rs 800 pkr without warranty.
 He suggested as you are dealing in local market so price must be constant
in pkr for any quantity.
 He said the price should be around 1000 pkr then they can openly work
with us and will place first order of 10k to see any fault.
 He said he will give 10% advance and will clear the amount before
collecting the quantity and will take down 10% for first time.

policy in terms of payment.
