Consumer saying that he is using tv and it has 1 year of mother board & panel and
now panel having some issue and technician visited and he check the panel and
then went back saying that this need a part so he will visit again with the that part
and after then consumer facing more issues and then the same technician came
and did nothing and then another technician came later on and he said that he
need to change the panel and consumer paid 350 rs for panel replacement and
then later on one day technician visit with the panel and visit with panel and he did
not change the panel and then later on he said that it has water damage so it will
not repair now and they all wasted time and delayed and saying the TV is out of
warranty & the later on technician put on conference with the service centre
incharge and they said they need to pay Rs. 5000 and also told him he need to
inform the company about this. Resolution - Consumer want to repair it properly
or else replace the whole product as the product is in warranty.
