Dear Daniel and Alice,

Happy holidays and a prosperous New Year. How are Stan and Hank doing these days?

My favorite subject in second grade is Values, especially the topic on treating others with kindness.
Being the oldest of my siblings, I want to have such trait so that I may serve as an example for my
younger siblings.

I constantly ask God to keep your family protected and blessed.

Also, I'm curious as to what gifts you gave Stan and Hank every Christmas. As for me, every Christmas I
am able to purchase items for our school's Christmas party, such as clothing and gifts, thanks to your
assistance and support, I am very grateful.

Love,
Boboy

Romans 15:4
(New International Version)
For everything that was written in the past was written to teach us, so that through the
endurance taught in the Scriptures and the encouragement they provide we might have
hope.

HOPE: A wonderful thing on Earth

Hope is a wonderful thing. A challenging circumstance can become

manageable if you can hold onto hope in the middle of hardships because
hope will help you get through it. For Christians, hope is an essential
component of life. In order to overcome challenges without being harmed by
the world around us, we must cling to certain things. The Bible's ability to
instruct, rebuke, correct, and train in righteousness is the reason we adhere to
it. It lays the groundwork for our hope in Christ Jesus.

Romans 16:19
New International Version
Everyone has heard about your obedience, so I rejoice because of you; but I want you to
be wise about what is good, and innocent about what is evil.

THE GOOD OFFENSE

God never meant for us to be acquainted of evil. He created the universe, the
earth, all living things, and people at the beginning. He afterwards declared it
to be satisfactory, it was good. Evil, sin and corruption never entered the
picture until Eve was deceived by Satan and disastrous sin began to spread on
humanity. However, knowing God's kindness provides us comfort and
vanquishes Satan and the evil that seeks to do us harm. We have triumphed
because of our faith in Jesus, who overcame. Knowing what is right will help
you win this battle in your daily life more efficiently.

1 Corinthians 1:9
New International Version
God is faithful, who has called you into fellowship with his Son, Jesus Christ our Lord.

HE IS FAITHFUL
We have been chosen by God and welcomed into a relationship with His only Son, Jesus Christ,
our Lord. According to the riches of His grace, eternal life, a heavenly dwelling, and joy for
forever have all been promised to those of us who put our faith in His atoning blood for
salvation. Further, God is righteous and faithful to keep all of His promises to those who have
put their faith in Christ.

1 Corinthians 2:2
New International Version

For I resolved to know nothing while I was with you except Jesus Christ and him
crucified.

TO KNOW = WISE
The truths that God has revealed, such as Christ's suffering on the cross to make amends for human
wickedness, are only understandable to those who have received the Holy Spirit. Those without the
Spirit of God are restricted to what may be seen and understood via human reason. Because they lack
God's Spirit and the tools necessary to understand them, the average person in the world rejects the
things of God as dumb or foolish. However, because Christ has altered their thinking and given them a
new perspective, those who have the Spirit of God are able to make judgments on everything, being
wise.

1 Corinthians 3:16
New International Version
Don’t you know that you yourselves are God’s temple and that God’s Spirit dwells in
your midst?

TEMPLE OF GOD

Let us acknowledge the incredible blessing, immense responsibility, and serious reality
that the Spirit of God has established a permanent home in our bodies and live our lives
as unto the Lord. To that, we must live worthy of the calling to which we’ve been called.

1 Corinthians 4:2
New International Version
Now it is required that those who have been given a trust must prove faithful.
FAITHFULNESS TO SUCCESS

God explains in his word, in 1 Corinthians 4:2, what success looks like in your life
as a disciple of Christ and a steward of the gospel. Being faithful is success.
diligently carrying out the will of Christ, responsible for spreading the gospel
throughout the world. Not only did we hear it, but He also trusted us with it. We
had faith in it. We now have the honor of disseminating it so that others may also
experience eternal life.

2 Corinthians 5:17
New International Version
Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, the new creation has come: The old has gone, the new
is here!

RENEWED

The message of Christ's gospel is for EVERYONE. Everyone has the chance to entirely
transform into a new individual with new nature and a new life. All people have the
potential to be born of the Spirit of God, washed in Christ's blood, and adopted into His
Body because through faith, we become a part of God's NEW CREATION.

Dear Lea Anne and Richard,
New Year's greetings! Another year has come and gone, bringing with it many happy
moments, difficulties, and new experiences. The previous year has inspired me to improve on my
weaknesses. As I'm in my third year of college and will be having my on-the-job training this
summer through completing field surveys, site monitoring, and other related tasks, it inspires me
to work harder in my studies. Physically, I don't seem to have changed at all; I find it challenging
to execute some workouts. Socially, I've grown more independent, but I've always loved meeting
new people at school. While, Spiritually, I tried to be as committed and active in Church
Activities. After a week filled with demanding deadlines and school-related activities, Sunday /
Church Day had become my day of rest. However, the year's events ultimately contributed to
creating the person I am today, and I will always be grateful for that.
My goal for this year 2023, is to constantly aim for the best in all I loved to. To grow, to
improve and of course, to be happy.
How about you guys? How’s your Holidays? What are your plans this 2023?
I always pray that God will bestow His blessings, protection and healing to your family.
Please do pray for us also. Together, Let’s pray for a year filled with Wonder, Peace and
Meaning. God Bless you always.

Love and Prayer,

Aprilla
