Arrive onboard and check with Chief Officer regarding VRC system. [2. Found out that some of the valves are not able to be operated from CCR. 3. Found out that the percentage of the valves were also out of range. |4. Replaced bottom part for valves 01101, 01102, 01103, 01104 with ordered spares. 5. Purged the valves inside cargo tank no. 1, then tested the valves [6. Adjusted the Zero and Span for valves 7. All valves are working except for OT102 due to valve unable to closed from COR. 8. Troubleshoot and found out that close solenoid is fautly and replaced with ship spares. ly. U1 1U2 Gan be operated trom CUR. 10. Chief Officer informed of 4 more valves unable to operate; 0113, OT114, OT115, OT116, 111, Troubleshoot and found out that half moon for OT113 & OT146 is missing 12, Found out that all 4 valves need to be purgedide-aired and informed ship crew on the procedure. 13.
