Everyone has their own habits. They might be the same as others people’s.

Habits means how they eat,

how they dress and they pratise their religion. As I know there are two kinds of habits in the world,
which is Western and Eastern style. I want to compare the UK and Indonesia.

Firstly food almost all food in the UK are not spicy, on the other hand Indonesia’s has spicy food.
Indonesia’s food are tasty because we put many herb ingredients. We prefer to use hands when eating
and the British usually use a spoon and fork. The big differences are that we can get our food more
cheaply than in the UK, because we produce our own food so we don’t need to import as much as the
UK.

Secondly, the way people dress it’s really different. In Britain you can wear whatever you like but you
can’t do that in Indonesia. Because we have rule you should not wear clothes that make somebody think
badly of you. For example you can’t wear tank tops everywhere as people do in the UK.

Thirdly, religious life. In Indonesia if you want to get your right as citizen, you have to choose one of the
six religions that are registered by the Government. Here you can get your rights even though you don’t
have any religion. In Indonesia most of churches always full of people of all ages but here only only the
elderly and the children attend, even though there are a lot of churches. In Indonesia we can see
mosque everywhere, on the other hand it’s very difficult to get a permit to build a church, that’s why
some people worship God in the a part of school which used as church.
