Assessing your supply chain

It is necessary to fully understand the supply chain process in order to have a steady
growth and move towards the right direction to have a successful Company. Likewise, it
is important to be able to assess the different processes happening within the supply
chain so the company is more competitive in the international market.

Jit that in miné, it is worth highlighting the role of being abe to spa a second language
like English in every international business, especially the ones involved within the
International Physical Distribution. By speaking this second language distances become
no longer a process to exchange knowledge with the entire world.

operations are now working to achieve greater savings and benefits by improving the
processes and information exchanges that occur between business partners.

• What aspects of the supply chain are being evaluated by means of the given

The supply chain is a series of elements involved in the process of manufacturing and delivering
the product to the end customer, uniting several companies together to satisfy the consumer,
this process includes from the manufacture of raw materials to the same customer who
performs the request.

Companies that work to continuously improve their supply chain management are less prone to
situations depending on supply or not having merchandise available, putting the sustainability
of the business at risk.

own questionnaire, including different types of questions to assess one of the following
aspects (select only one):

Customer service is fundamental in the growth process of a company, as this makes it


become more competitive, still offering a customer service based on rules and fair policies
towards the customer in such a way favoring both parties and generating a economic
growth.

3. Remember to include a short paragraph to explain why this questionnaire is important for
you as the Distribution Manager and for the company itself. The questions you ask must
