MAY 9, 2022

Ang mga magulang ng mga mag-aaral sa Gr.1 -A Magalang ay nagtipon-


tipon upang pag-usapan ang Resulta ng natapos na pagsusulit sa kaalamang
pang numeracy ng mga mag-aaral. Ayon sa kanilang guro na si Ma`am Maribel ay
may mga skills na mababa/kulang ang kasanayan ng mga mag-aaral at ito ay
nangangailangan ng kaukulang oras upang maabot ang kasanayan sa mga skills na
nabanggit.
Kaugnay nito ang mga mag-aaral ay magkakaroon ng mga remedial lesson
tuwing araw ng Biyernes. At magbibigay din ang guro ng mga karagdagang
pagsasanay na isasagawa ng mga mag-aaral sa kanya-kanyang tahanan at ito ay sa
pamamagitan ng tulong ng mga magulang. Magho-home visitation din ang guro
upang alamin kung naisasagawa bata tahanan ang mga ibinigay na gawain.
“tulong -tulong para sa maunlad na edukasyon” Ito ang napagkasunduan
ng guro at mga magulang.

LITERACY PROGRAM
NARRATIVE REPORT

On October 11, 2021 I was conducted COMPREHENSIVE RAPID LITERACY ASSESSMENT


(CRLA). The results of the assessment are low/unsatisfying coz almost of the pupils tested got a
lower score. Only two of them are grade ready. Most of them are FULL REFRESHER. They need
to practice with kinder phonics patterns.

In connection with the results of CRLA assessment I prepared an INTERVENTION PLAN.


I called a meeting to consult the parents about the results of CRLA. We planned on what we
have to do in order to make the pupils becomes a reader. I suggested to them to teach their
child one letter a day. (letter sounds) I will give them a reading material and sending reading
materials at our group chat. I monitor the reading practice of the pupils through home visitation
and in the group chatting.

I conducted REMEDIAL READING every Friday (once a week) this activity supported with
a Lesson Log Plan and an activity sheets.

I also conducted an assessment/evaluation quarterly.

School Learning Action Cell (LAC) as K to 12 Education Program School-


Based Continuing Professional Development Strategy for the improvement of
Teaching and Learning.

NARRATIVE REPORT
On February 18, 2022 LAC SESSION was conducted at exactly 1:30 in the
afternoon. All teachers are present. The sessions begin by singing of the national
anthem followed by the opening prayer through video presentation.
The discussant for the day was MS. MARICEL S. YEBRA and her topic is
INTEGRATING INDOOR/OUTDOOR GAMES IN TEACHING.
At the beginning of the discussion she asked first WHY SHOULD WE USE
GAMES? TEACHERS participants actively participated in the discussion by giving
answer for that question. Some of them said that games are fun, motivating,
challenging and interactive.
According to her Games are more than just fun, “friendly” Competition, all
are interested, meet learning objective easy to set-up and carry out.
She also presented (with the help of videos) the different kinds of games
(INDOOR AND OUTDOOR) to integrated in every learning areas.
The discussant confidently delivered the topic with complete knowledge.
