Cocktail Sauce/Dressing
Good-Quality Mayonnaise 4 tablespoons
Tomato Ketchup 2 tablespoons
Tabasco Sauce 4 tsp
Paprika 1 tsp

Juice lemon 1/2 Lemon

Salad
Iceberg Lettuce (shredded) 100g
King Prawns (cooked, shelled) 400 grams
Coupe’s glass 4
Chives / Spring Onion 10g
Shallot pickled 40g

 Prepare the dressing, chill, and compose the salad into coupes and top it with dressing
 Garnish with 1 wedge of lemon, spring onion, and pickles shallot
