3.0 Research Methodology:

I choose business development of Aespaes Pvt. Ltd. as the subject of my research paper. It is
the first part of any organization's responsibility to be cognizant of the personalities of its
customers. Companies should have a thorough understanding of their customers, and they
should also ensure that customers are aware of the services that the firm provides. Here,
research is critical since it allows us to gain insight into a firm's product while also learning
about customer behavior towards the company and its products.
We had to gather various states data in a limited time period that made us responsible. We
had to complete our work within the time to show our time management.
Making website in word press and creating blogs which are relevant to our company work
after that we had to do posting on social media to reach maximum number of people, this is
the additional work done by us every day to gain knowledge about social media marketing.

12 | P a g e
We had to speak with our clients every day who were highly qualified , we had to speak very
confidently to them , because this was the main task done by us every day our ultimate goal
was to get positive response from clients & give report to our company people.
We had to send mails to our clients every day my Email campaign to make them aware
regarding the benefit our company is providing.

3.1 Types of Research Design:

The particular methods and procedures for gathering the information needed for the research
are outlined as a research design. It is a plant or a framework for conducting research and
gathering data. Making judgments about all of the data sources, research methodology,
research instruments, sample plan, and contact strategies is all part of designing a research
plan.

Research design contains following types:

a.  Exploratory Research

b.  Descriptive research

c.  Casual Research

a. EXPLORATORY RESEARCH:

The identification of problems, the more detailed definition of problems, and the
formation of fresh alternative courses of action are the main goals of exploratory
investigations. Exploratory studies are characterized by a high degree of flexibility
and ad-hoc veracity in their design.

b. DESCRIPTIVE RESEARCH:

In contrast to exploratory research, descriptive research is distinguished by the creation of

particular study questions in advance. The researcher already has a good understanding of the
research problem. Perhaps as a result of an exploratory research conducted prior to the start
of the project. A pre-planned and organized design is also a feature of descriptive research.

13 | P a g e
C. CASUAL RESEARCH:

A casual design investigates the cause-and-effect relationships between two or more

variables. The hypothesis is tested and the experiment is done. There are following types of
casual designs:
 After only design
 Before after design
 Before after with control group design
 Four groups, six studies design
 After only with control group design
 Consumer panel design
 Exposit factor design

3.2 Data Required- Primary and Secondary Data

 PRIMARY DATA:
Primary data is the type of data collected directly from respondents through
interviews, surveys, experiments etc.

 SECONDARY DATA:
Secondary data is that type of data which is already collected from primary sources
and readily available for researchers. This type of data was already collected in the
past.

3.3 Primary and Secondary Source

 PRIMARY SOURCE:
Primary data are collected from interviews, surveys, observations in all over the city.

 SECONDARY SOURCE:
Secondary data are collected through literature review which includes company’s internal
reports, annual reports, journals, website etc.

14 | P a g e
3.4 Sampling:

SAMPLING DESIGN:
A sample design is a framework, or road map, that guides the selection of a survey sample
while also influencing many other critical parts of the survey. The sample design lays out the
overall strategy and technique for choosing the sample. A sample design can be
straightforward or intricate.

SAMPLING PROCEDURE:

Random sampling- simply describes when every element in a population has an equal chance
of being chosen for the sample. There are 4 types of random sampling , they are as follows:

 Simple random sampling-To select a sample, it is necessary to use randomly generated

numbers. A sample frame, or a list or database of all individuals of a population, is
required at first. You can then generate a random number for each element, for example, in
Excel, and take the first n samples that we need.

 Stratified random sampling-The first step in stratified random sampling is to divide a

population into groups with similar characteristics. Then, from each group, a random
sample is chosen.

 Cluster Random Sampling-The process of cluster sampling begins with the division of a
population into groups, or clusters. The fact that each cluster must be representative of the
population distinguishes this method from stratified sampling. After that, you sample
complete clusters at random.

15 | P a g e
 Systematic Random Sampling-A common technique is systematic random
sampling, which involves sampling every kth element. If you were conducting surveys at
a mall, for example, you may survey every 100th person who walks through.

5.0 Findings and Suggestion

5.1 Introduction:

Aespaes Lab Pvt Ltd. is a wide range of network creator entities that offer 360° Interactivity,
Immersive Virtual Reality, Augmented Reality, Animation, and Audio-visual stuff. Aespaes
Lab Pvt Ltd.’s numerous operations provide a range of innovative and Interactive
Experiential multimedia solutions which discover applications in many industries such as
Education, Manufacturing, Retail, Real-estate, Entertainment, Event Management, and so on.

5.2 Findings:

During our internship we have come across various activities such as data segregation, email
campaigning, blog correction, social media handling and cold callings. While going through
this internship we have dealt with various engineering and polytechnic colleges gathered their
email ids and phone numbers, called the respective deans and placement cell officers of
various colleges, we have sent mails describing the importance of XR Excellence Centre. The
key findings of this internship is that-
1. Due to covid 19 scenario students were in their respective hometowns so some of the
college was not ready to take any internship opportunity.
2. Some of the colleges were ready to take this chance as the students will be able to learn
new things that will add light to their career.
18 | P a g e
3. Some of the colleges did not respond, saying that due to lack of students their colleges
have closed.
4. Few colleges were ready to accept this opportunities and also joined the webinar that was
organized by XR Excellence Centre.

5.3 Suggestion:

As a marketing executive, Aespeas Lab cooperated with XR Excellence Center,

consequently, they selected multiple programs, including XR healthcare, XR vision, XR
Guerrilla, and many more.

Thus, ultimately we learned from this internship that perhaps the future will be much more
pragmatic and realistic; there would be no space for physical labor, and everything would be
mechanized.

GENERAL SUGGESTION –

According to me, the project that Aespaes Lab is adapting is not awful, but it is a good one;
however, because everyone is unfamiliar with it, they should look into it and create
something similar so that it will be easy to handle for everyone.

Particularly in the health sector, where many individuals are present, they have not
been able to adapt to the new items that have been adopted in recent years. As a
result, I believe they should design something similar that will benefit everyone
rather than just a few specific industries. Because engineering and polytechnic
colleges gain from this, I propose that they consider something that will assist
people from other backgrounds as well.

SPECIFIC SUGGESTION-

19 | P a g e
• Always monitor the market

• Pay special attention to newly announced products and programs

 • Competitors should always be understood

• Build trust by adding value to it

• Understand client preferences

• Constantly watch the market

5.4 CONCLUSION

The placement program was exclusively of boundless achievement to the intern. The
internship program aided the intern to have an in-depth knowledge about the practical
problem solving in the corporate world. The intern has been enlightened on the application of
theories in real life situations. Aespaes Lab Pvt Limited has offered the intern opportunities to
learn and develop himself in many areas. This internship has prepared the student to be ready
to serve the needs of company and commerce more effectively upon graduation. . Deepest
gratitude I give to the management of Aespaes Lab Pvt Ltd, most especially the Marketing
head, Ms. Mrunal, the coordinator, Mr. Ameya padya and all the staff of the company for the
great opportunity given to me for their careful and exquisite guidance which were extremely
valuable for my study both theoretically and practically. I perceive this opportunity as a big
breakthrough in my career development.
