SUBJECT : REPLY TO LETTER DATED 18 NOVEMBER 2022

Sirs/Mesdame:

This is in response to your letter dated 18 November 2022 regarding ARCADIA’s denial
to withdraw the Stop Payment Order (SPO) with the Drawee bank for checks issued last
August and October 2022.

In response, we are still refusing ARCADIA’s request for the documents as stated in the
13 October 2022 letter. As a compromise, we can offer to give you the photocopies of
each of the titles subject of Memorandum of Agreement MOA dated 12 July 2021 if you
have any doubt as to the properties’ existence and to dispel any mistrust as to the
present ownership of the subject lots.

We hope that you are amenable to this offer. Still, we are optimistic that the MOA will
still be enforced for the mutual benefit and without any unnecessary hindrances for
both Parties.
