Tuesday, A spot inspection was conducted this date by Myatt Daryl Myatt
September 14, 2021 and Kim as followup to the certified letter mailed to the
tenant informing him of numerous violations regarding 9/14/2021 8:22:09 AM
the storage of hazardous materials. We were
accompanied by Matthew Herrera, the tenant's onsite
foreman. Mr. Herrera was cooperative and agreed to
mitigate the deficiencies that were pointed out during
the inspection. We agreed that the deficiencies would
be corrected by the end of October 2021.

Tuesday, August 16, A surprise inspection of this lease was conducted in Daryl Myatt
2022 conjunction with the State Fire Marshal. This lease
has numerous violations of lease terms, including 8/16/2022 3:45:51 PM
dogs on the lease, multiple high pile issues, solvents,
oils, fuels, and other things expressly prohibited by the
lease. 57 pictures were take; additionally, the
homeless camp is back after being cleaned up by
Maintenance several weeks ago. The State Fire
Marshal will be issuing their findings as well.
