Terms and Conditions :
1) Payment made by Cheque, Demand Draft, Credit/Debit Card, Pay Order, Online Transfer or any other mode (except cash) is subject to its prompt realization on
presentation for the payment.
2) No Agent, staff or any employee of Askari Life Assurance Co. Ltd-Window Takaful Operations (Askari Life-WTO) in whatsoever capacity is authorized to collect the
Contribution in cash.
3) No alteration in the contents of the “Receipt of Contribution” is valid till signed & stamped by the authorized official of Askari Life-WTO, any unauthorized alteration
will make this “Receipt of Contribution” null & void.
4) Any Contribution made through Cheque, Demand Draft, Credit/Debit Card, Pay Order, Online Transfer or any other mode (except cash) prior to issuance of this
“Receipt of contribution”, which (if) later on dishonored will also lead to cancellation ab initio of this and subsequent receipts.
5) In the event any contribution installment is received after the lapse of “Grace Period” from contribution due date, the continuation of risk coverage under this receipt
will be subject to the Good Health and Continued Insurability of the Person covered(s) at the time and day of issuance of receipts. Acceptance of the contribution and
issuance of this receipt beyond grace period will not alter the provisions and limitations of the certificate mentioned in participants membership documents (PMD) and
are not deemed to be a waiver nor create any excuse for delayed payment of subsequent Contributions.
6) All contribution made by Cheque, Demand Draft or Pay Order, shall be made as Crossed (A/C Payee Only) in favor of “Askari Life Assurance Co. Ltd – WTO IFT”.
All such instruments shall mention of the back the Certificate/Proposal Number, Name and Due Date (if any). It may be mailed to Askari Life Head Office address as
mentioned at the face of the receipt.
7) Receipt issued and payment made against proposal is subject to the Acceptance of the Proposal by Askari Life-WTO in writing of issuance of “Participants
Membership Documents” till the issuance of the Certificate the amount will be placed in collection account without any risk coverage. Part payment and amount placed
in collection account will not be binding upon Askari Life-WTO for any coverage.
8) In case of refund of any amount original receipt must be presented to Askari Life-WTO.
9) Within 15 working days of this contribution receipt you will receive a system generated receipt confirming your payment, in case of no such letter being received
participant shall confirm such payments from the Askari Life Head Office at 021-111-225-275 or email: takaful@askarilife.com
