    presently studying in Sixth Semester Year in B.A. LL.B.(Hons.) Five Year Integrated
    Course/ LL.M. One Year Course at RGNUL, Punjab.

    I undertake the following:

    (1) that I am being conditionally permitted to appear in the examinations


    scheduled to be held from July 1, 2021 subject to clearing my fee/dues;

    (2) that I undertake to pay my pending fee/dues as per the schedule notified
    by the University;

    (3) that I understand that declaration of my result will be subject to clearing


    all my dues and issuance of NOC by concerned departments of the
    University.

    (4) that submission this Undertaking is mandatory within the stipulated


    period to allow me to appear in the Examination.
