A. ​That  I  am  being  officially  enrolled  but with an ​“INCOMPLETE” status, notwithstanding my payment of 


Reservation  Fee  or  Down  Payment,  pending  the  submission of the following one or more credentials as 
remarked which have not been received by iACADEMY’s Office of Admissions/Office of the Registrar.

B. ​That  I  have  full  understanding  of  iACADEMY’s  School  Charges  and  Refund of Fees Policy as stated 
below: 

1. Officially  Enrolled  Students  who  will  withdraw  their  enrollment  ​AFTER  THE  OFFICIAL  START  of 
classes shall ​BE​ ​CHARGED​ as follows: 
a. Within first week after start of classes – ​25% of total school fees; 
b. Within second week – ​50% of total school fees; 
c. After the second week – ​100% of the total school fees; 

2. Officially  Enrolled  Students  who  will  withdraw  their  enrollment  ​BEFORE  THE  OFFICIAL  START  of 
classes shall ​BE CHARGED​ a Withdrawal Fee of ​two thousand five hundred pesos (PhP 2,500); 

3. ​Students with arrears from previous school year/s (in the case if iACADEMY’s current or previous 
students)  will  be  subject  to  ​12%  penalty  interest  per  annum  computed  from  the  date  the 
outstanding  balance  became  due.  A  student  with  unsettled  arrears shall not be accepted for 
enrollment; 

4. ​The  ten  thousand  pesos  (Php10,000)  enrollment  Reservation  Fee  is  ​non-refundable  and 
non-transferrable ​in all circumstances; 

5. In  order  to  be  officially  enrolled,  a  ​Down  Payment  amounting  to  ​twenty  five  thousand 
(Php25,000)​ shall be paid, less the reservation fee, if any.

I  acknowledge  and  agree  to  assume  responsibility  for  ensuring that the aforementioned documentary 


requirements  are  received  by  the  Office  of  Admissions/Office  of  the  Registrar  ​ON  OR  BEFORE  ​JUNE  27, 
2021  otherwise  the  school  has  the  right  to  retract  my  admission.  I  will also be considered deficient and 
will have limited access to school records such as grades. 

I  further  acknowledge  full  understanding  of,  and agreement to, the above stated School Charges and 


Refund of Fees Policy of iACADEMY.
