Greetings to you Honorable Mayor Karen Bass!

#1
I seek your immediate attention and collaboration to
help identify INCREASED causes and cost of
EVICTIONS.

#2
To expose ongoing “insensitivity” to HOMELESSNESS
(individuals and families sleeping in the public way, living in cars, use of
shelters to warm and sleep, growing tent cities, vulnerability to COVID-
19, increased disparity, FULL-TIME employment while sleeping on the
streets, negative stereotyping, removal of protections/moratoriums,
increased populations of diversity) and more data studies.

#3
To draw attention to how massive misconceptions (lies), violation of my
civil rights, vindictiveness, defamation, conspiracy, mental illness, and
privileges of named plaintiffs with elected, appointed, hired and donor-
for-hire government representative is commonplace.
=====================
I am a NAMED DEFENDANT who requested and paid $650.00 on
December 30, 2022, to Demand a Jury Trial in Bedford Ohio to
protect my civil rights and address a SHOCKING and DANGEROUS forcible
entry and detainer action/EVICTION that is due to FALSE ASSERTIONS,
RETALIATORY and vindictive actions of an exhibited bypolar and paranoid
Plaintiff with complicit relations with members of the city they live in.
It is important to note that Regulatory Requirements, Judicial
Temperament, and Rule of law is missing in my case. Therefore, I feel I
was not given due diligence by the court.

EPIDEMICS
COVID-19, “Out-of-control” social conditions, lack of FULL-PROTECTION from local,
county, state, and federal government public policies, and At-Will EVICTIONS
create HOMELESSNESS.

pg. 2 MARY GLASS RETALIATORY EVICTION JURY TRIAL - BEDFORD

OH – MAYOR KAREN BASS – LOS ANGELES -- HOMELESSNESS –
ENCAMPMENT – RULE OF LAW – PUBLIC LAW
The results from REGULATORY REQUIREMENTS (rules and guidelines
put forth by a governing body.), JUDICIAL TEMPERAMENT (a judge
exhibits "compassion, decisiveness, open-mindedness,
sensitivity, courtesy, patience, freedom from bias and
commitment to equal justice.") slow/no reviews, and evaluations
of DATA trends that IMPACT lack of HOUSING creates tent cities –
HOMELESS ENCAMPMENTS.

MAYOR
KAREN BASS
Los Angeles

I see THE ISSUES mentioned in your discussion with Michel Martin,

Amanpour & Company – unemployment, poverty, drug addiction, mental
illness, regulation requirements, criminalization, physical illness, are at
the core of THE HOMELESS and EVICTION dilemma we face in today’s
cities.

I SEEK TO WORK WITH TOP-NOTCH ATTORNEYS-TEAMS

AND BAR ASSOCIATIONS TO HELP IDENTIFY CRISIS AREAS
TO REFORM URBAN HOMELESSNESS AND EVICTIONS OF
LOS ANGELES, HOUSTON, CHICAGO, AND NEW YORK. I
START WITH ANGELENOS.

OH – MAYOR KAREN BASS – LOS ANGELES -- HOMELESSNESS –
ENCAMPMENT – RULE OF LAW – PUBLIC LAW
It is also as you, Mayor Eric Adams, New York, and Mayor Sylvester
Turner, Houston spoke of in the interview with Jonathan Karl, ABC.

• New York In November 2022, there

were 67,150 homeless people, including 21,089
homeless children, sleeping each night in New York
City’s main municipal shelter system. A near-
record 22,697 single adults slept in shelters each night
in November 2022.

DEATH ON LA STREET –
MAY 8
Mayor Bass, you have identified
40,000 Angelenos as HOMELESS
and on the street. You have identified
approximately 4/5 of them die each
night from being on the street and
HOMELESS.

pg. 4 MARY GLASS RETALIATORY EVICTION JURY TRIAL - BEDFORD

OH – MAYOR KAREN BASS – LOS ANGELES -- HOMELESSNESS –
ENCAMPMENT – RULE OF LAW – PUBLIC LAW
You have identified that the 40,000 is diverse in its population., i.e.,
old, young adults, men, women, children, all races-ethnicities, gay,
straight, mentally ill, on drugs, veterans, domestic violence victims, and
those who work FULL-TIME daily. In 2021, the data was over 2000
homeless were suffering from health-related illness on the streets.
You have decided to “bring them INSIDE” starting with motels
being established for housing.
You are addressing TEMPORARY and TRANSITIONAL HOUSING – to be
followed by renting/leasing property. It is then the pre-HOMELESS
Angelenos will need to be INFORMED/fully trained for self-sufficiency
that included the mandates of the courts and EVICTIONS.

FRONTLINE REPORT
It is important to note that Rule of Law and Judicial temperament is
needed more in today’s courts dealing with EVICTION and
HOMELESSNESS.

pg. 5 MARY GLASS RETALIATORY EVICTION JURY TRIAL - BEDFORD

OH – MAYOR KAREN BASS – LOS ANGELES -- HOMELESSNESS –
ENCAMPMENT – RULE OF LAW – PUBLIC LAW
Public Law should be coupled with state-of-the-art information in
guideline training for TENANTS, LANDLORDS, and GOVERNMENT
enforcers.
Moratoriums are NOT AUTOMATIC with signed DECLARATION forms
from the TENANTS to the landlord and court should be shared over-and-
over with ALL involved FOR preparedness. No real guarantees in TEXAS.
Law enforcement guidelines and COVID-19 emergencies of the
moratorium gaps have left TENANTS at a disadvantage in spite of the
Center for Disease Control and CARES funding and signed DECLARATION
forms for TENANT and LANDLORD support mandates.
We are aware of arbitrary and capriciousness – At-will EVICTION by
judges, landlords and law enforcement in Texas. Texas Supreme court
ruled against the TENANTS.
We are also aware of Mesquite, Texas Judge Katrina Whitfield taking a
moral – black and white - look and explaining options, resources, and
reminder of completing the Declaration form.
PROTECTION
We are certain that thee “NO TICKETS” and “NO ARREST” Rule of Law
will go far in ensuring that creating stability would be put in place with
these two (2) protections.
We see additional ISSUES OF NEED, but your 1st-hand approach goes a
long way to bridging the gap of EVICTIONS and ENCAMPMENTS and
building a support system for TRUST of the TENANT.

JURY TRIAL – BEDFORD OH
PUBLIC LAW – Public Policy – Rule of Law - Due Diligence is the
framework for my “paid for Jury Trial” in Bedford Ohio. It is meant to
show how individuals are caught up in a system that is not governed or
trained of the Rule of Law and are not held accountable for the Rule of
Law.
How establishing Rule of Law, training of the laws, and acts of Safety
Prevention and Safety Intervention is EVERYBODY’S business – elected,
appointed, hired, donor-for-hire government staff, taxpayers, court
clerks, landlords, tenants, building developers, bankers, lawyers, judges,
and legislators.
The legal system fails to ensure that the person who enters the Eviction
process (a forcible entry and detainer suit) is approached with
RECOVERY in MIND instead of stamped and/or stereotyped as
BUSINESS AS USUAL and having NO RIGHTS or privileges but
stigmatized. The public square appears INSENSITIVE to the growing
numbers of families HOMELESS and families EVICTED.

I seek your office involvement during my upcoming outreach to

professionals like you to assist me in my JURY TRIAL in Bedford Ohio.

Attached is a letter to explain my commitment.
The Conspiracy Retaliatory Eviction case is just
BIZARRE. It is what is happening in BEFORD OHIO EVICTION process
currently.
These are complications IN OHO that can face the HOMELESS in Los
Angeles’ encampment and across American cities.
We have MUCH TO DO and it is important to use mayors Eric Adams and
Sylvester Turner HOMELESS data as templates to assist.
“Documentaries, public service announcements, webinars, zoom
conferences, summits, and press releases are in order for upcoming
REFORM for both EVICTION and HOMELESSNESS.”
“We must EVALUATE and SUNSET ‘RULE OF LAW’ like Mayor Karen Bass
said to Michel Martin”, said Mary Glass.
BELOW are the initial names to Mayor Karen Bass notification and
