To Mr. Paulo Pascual:

Kindly accept this letter as my formal resignation effective immediately as an account

specialist for Capital One and CSR for TTEC.

TTEC and Capital One have been good to me since day one. I am appreciated every step
of the way. It is only in this company and LOB that I felt that I was always heard and seen,
and treated as a family. Gave me all the opportunities I never had before.

Though, time has past and time has come.

I'm leaving not because TTEC and Capital One failed me, I'm leaving because I do not
deserve to be maltreated by my team lead. My TL, Myles Brosas, do nothing but
demotivate, degrade and even threaten me. Maybe this LOB do not deserve me
anymore. Furthermore, I am not a top agent and yes I failed her team, but I do not
deserve to be humiliated and to be treated like a trash in her team.

I'll leave bringing inside my heart all my happy memories here, all the laughter I shared
with my teammates and bosses and all your love and care.
