• CRIMINAL RECORDS: ROBBING A JEWELRY STORE IN 2018

• STATEMENT AT THE POLICE STATION:
I killed him, yes, and I have no regrets.

I killed him for trying to sabotage my school yearbook project.

Besides, he was always mean to me, telling me I played the piano and
saxophone very badly, putting thumbtacks in my chair and embarrassing me in
front of the girl I liked, Steisy.

I have nothing more to add

VICTIM:

• NAME: JOAQUIN
• SURNAME: CAÑIZARES NATAL
• AGE: 15 YEARS

Testimony of an eyewitness who witnessed the event:

I saw the whole thing, I had just come from the supermarket from buying groceries
and suddenly I heard an argument, but I didn't think much of it, but then I saw that
one of them was carrying a knife and threatening the other one, but seconds later,
the one who was being pointed with the knife took out a pistol, model 1911 and fired
at his assailant.

It can be interpreted that he killed in self-defense, but at the end of the day it is
killing.
