Reimbursement for hospitalisation
CM members who do not receive reimbursement of their
hospital bill can count on an allowance for certain costs
during their stay in the hospital. Do you want to avoid
high medical bills in the future? Then subscribe to CM-

Osteopathy and chiropractic treatment
Receive up to EUR 50 per calendar year for five treatments.
CM care facilities
Do you need to regain your strength after hospitalisation
or illness?
You can stay in the CM Care centres:
• Ter Duinen in Nieuwpoort;
• Hooidonk in Zandhoven;
• Domaine de Nivezé in Spa.
CM will reimburse part of the costs.
CM home care
Incontinence material
A 30% reimbursement for the purchase of incontinence
material at the Goed home care store, Goed pharmacy or in
the Goed webshop.

Care line
If you are suddenly faced with an illness, disability or limitation,
you may not know where to turn. The Careline (Zorglijn) is ready
to help you along the way. More info via www.cm.be/zorglijn.
CM-Mobile
Do you need transport to an appointment or medical
consultation? CM-Mobile's volunteers will get you to your
destination. You pay an administrative fee of EUR 1.50 per ride,
plus EUR 0.3707 per kilometre (indexing on 1 July 2022).
Discount Goed: in home care store, pharmacy and
lending service.
You buy or borrow support materials or care equipment at
a preferential price. There is a ceiling of EUR 170 per calendar
year for rental. Receive a 10 to 35% discount on your purchase.

Ergonomics guidance and domestic advice
This free service offers advice on technological modifications,
adjustments to your home, fall prevention and the use of
resources. For this, you can contact CM's Social Work service
in your area.
Personal alarm
Want to live independently, at home and still feel safe?
No problem, with a personal alarm. CM offers a discount to
those with VT* for the rental of a personal alarm via Gerust.

Night care
Up to EUR 1,500 per calendar year if you make use of overnight
care from a recognised night care provider.
Day-care facility
Reimbursement of EUR 5 per day, up to EUR 500 per year, for care
in a recognised day-care facility.
Short-stay
Reimbursement of up to EUR 420 per calendar year for care in
a recognised short-stay centre.

Daytime and overnight babysitter at EUR 2.80 per hour.
This voluntary service is for the chronically ill, elderly or disabled.

Advocate service
Free information, advice and legal assistance with medical
invoice disputes (incorrect hospital bills) or excessively
high fees.
Pension service
Is retirement just around the corner, and you have a few
questions? You can contact the service for information, advice
and mediation.

With the My CM app you can easily track repayments
and apply for CM benefits or yellow stickers. Download

Psychological support
CM provides an allowance for up to 24 sessions of
psychological support:
• Young people receive up to EUR 720 for 24 sessions
(EUR 1,080 with VT*).
• Adults receive up to EUR 240 for 24 sessions
(EUR 360 with VT*).
From 2022** you are also entitled to reimbursement for:
• complete digital therapeutics
• first line provision (no referral required)
• services by a clinical psychologist, clinical remedial
educationalist or psychotherapist

Information for young parents, from pregnancy to pre-school,

CM sun shades
If you register your baby with CM, you will receive two handy CM
sun shades for use in the car.
Maternity care
Up to EUR 150 per parent for maternity care (from one month prior to
the birth to three months after).
CM baby gift
In the event of a birth, adoption or long-term foster care placement,
each parent is offered a choice of one of these gifts:
• a premium of EUR 130 per parent;
• a voucher of EUR 180 per parent, valid for the full Baby and
Child range at DreamLand and Dreambaby. Also valid on
nappies and milk formula (except infant formula 0-6 months) in
Dreambaby stores.
Baby equipment on loan
At Goed home care store you can borrow a breast pump, weighing
scales or an aerosol-based inhaler at a reduced price. Members
with VT* can borrow this free of charge for up to a maximum of
3 consecutive months.
Patient fees for children
Patient fees for doctor's visits for children aged six and under are
reimbursed in full, without a deductible threshold.
Baby massage
A free baby massage session worth EUR 10.
Babysitter for sick children
We will arrange a babysitter to take care of your sick child at your
home for a special rate of EUR 5 per hour (EUR 1.75 with VT*). Request
the babysitter via www.cm.be/skoebidoe-oppas or 078 05 01 09.
Growing up
Speech therapy
Reimbursement of up to EUR 10 per session (EUR 15 in the case
of VT*) for a maximum of:
• 40 sessions for young people aged 18 years and under;
• 10 sessions for adults.
Teleblok

Leisure time and holidays
Sports and youth camps, play centres and open
air classes
Children and young people can claim EUR 5 (EUR 2.50 for play
sessions) per participation day, up to EUR 100 per calendar year.
Sports club membership fees
Receive up to EUR 15 off per calendar year on membership fees
for recognised sports clubs.
CM travel assistance
Around the clock aid and assistance in Europe and the
Mediterranean region. Children who are entitled to
child allowance automatically benefit from worldwide
support services.

Dietary and weight-loss advice
A healthy diet contributes to a healthy body. Do you need
help to make healthy food choices? Receive up to EUR 40 for
a minimum of four sessions.
Group programme for eating disorders and obesity
If you suffer from obesity or an eating disorder (anorexia,
bulimia or binge eating) and follow a group programme, you will
receive a reimbursement of up to EUR 250 (EUR 300 with VT*).
Sleep therapy
If you suffer from chronic insomnia and follow a group sleep
hygiene programme, you will receive a reimbursement of up
to EUR 150.
Smoking cessation aids
Are you seeing a licensed smoking therapist? Get up to EUR 50
to buy plasters, tablets, chewing gum, an inhaler, etc.
Vaccinations
Receive up to EUR 15 per calendar year (for vaccines against
illnesses such as pneumococcal, flu, meningococcal B and
HPV, and travel vaccines for young people). From 2022**
also against rotavirus for babies younger than 6 months and
against the HPV virus for everyone from the age of 12 to 26 and
for immuno-compromised persons (without age conditions).
Foot care for diabetics
You will be reimbursed up to EUR 20 per year for 4 treatments
with a pedicure practitioner or recognised podiatrist.
CM dental benefit up to EUR 1,050
In the case of orthodontics , young people will receive an
allowance of up to EUR 1,050 in addition to reimbursement
via health insurance for orthodontic treatments started from
1 January 2021. For dental prostheses without reimbursement
from the mandatory healthcare insurance, you will receive
a repayment of up to EUR 1,050 per two calendar years.
This benefit is included in your membership fee.

Proper seeing and hearing
Goed hearing centres
CM members will receive a 10% discount at all ‘Goed
hoorcentra’ hearing centres. These are the place to go for
advice, the purchase and maintenance of hearing aids and
custom-moulded earplugs.
Spectacles and contact lenses
• Young people aged 18 and under: up to EUR 50 per
calendar year.
• Adults: up to EUR 40 per calendar year.
Laser treatments and lens implants
CM will reimburse up to EUR 200 (EUR 100 per eye) following
the procedure.
