1. How do you describe effective communication?

In my opinion, an effective communication is achieved when the goal of

the communication is reached. It is when the communicator or the sender relays
the message to the receiver or the listener in a clear and simple manners that is
understandable to him/her. And one of the signs that the communication is
effective is that when the sender received feedback. When the audience are
engaged and they are imparted with the knowledge the speaker has shared.

2. Why and when do you need communication?

Communication is a major part of our lives and specially our social life. It
is a way we feel connected to someone. Communication I guess is a
fundamental day-to-day human interaction. It is our way to share knowledge,
transfer information even from one generation to generation.
