    ENERGY EFFIICIENCY

    ROOF INSULATION

    Buildings shall be provided with roof insulation so that the


    average thermal resistance value (R-Value) of the roof is at
    least R-8.

    Occupancy Sensors for Lighting Control

    For covered car parks: minimum of sixty per cent (60%) of the
    lighting must be controlled by the occupancy sensors.
