1. What is the rationale of the study?


The growth of the internet and social media has led to the rise of
online influencers. With their reach and influence, these online influencers
have become an important part of marketing strategies for businesses.
However, there is still a lack of understanding of the effectiveness of
online influencers on customer engagement for gadget store.

2. Why do you think your research is reliable?


It is because our research is authentic, and we did extensive
research in gathering the data and facts of this paper. Then, the related
studies are supported by reliable authors.

3. WHAT MOTIVATE YOU TO CONDUCT OR CHOOSE THE STUDY?

4. WHAT IS THE BACKGROUND OF YOUR STUDY?


The world of digital marketing is rapidly changing and evolving, and
one of the most popular and effective strategies is using online influencers
to drive customer engagement. In today's competitive marketplace, having
an online influencer is very popular in business, especially in their
marketing strategy. Some businesses will pay an online influencer to
promote their products

5. WHAT THEORY DID YOU USE?


The theory that the researcher use is the Stimulus, Organism,
Response theory or SOR theory. SOR theory postulates that when people
are exposed to a stimulus they will produce internal states of cognition and
emotion which will then cause them to respond.

6. WHAT ARE THE RESEARCH VARIABLES?


In our study we have two variables which is the independent and
dependent variables. Independent variables is the “effectiveness of online
influencers” while the dependent variables is the “customer engagement”.

7. HOW DID YOU CHOOSE YOUR RRLS?


We simply do research in Google scholar. We did extensive reading
for the related literature and studies in five years recently. Or the rule from
the year we search for our RRL which is 2022. 2022 subtract 5 years, the
answer is 2017. The RRL fall under the publishing year of 2017 to 2022.
8. HOW IS YOUR THEORY OR CONCEPT RELEVANT TO YOUR
STUDY?
This SOR theory is related to our study because of the online
influencer that was conditioned stimulus to the customer, in order for them
to engaged and buy a certain gadget, and that would result them to
respond.

9. HOW DID YOU FORMULATE YOUR S.O.P.?


We formulate it based on the questionnaire we found. The indicators
of each variable are also indicated on the questionnaire. We just add the










demographic profile since it is necessary information to be asked to our


respondents in order for us to determine their personal data.

10. WHAT RESEARCH DID YOU USE?


This research is qualitative research.

11. WHAT IS THE LIMITATION OF YOUR STUDY?


The limitation of the study is that the respondents should be from
Metro Manila only. And the specific establishment that we focused on is the
DIM Gadget PH. It means that we only look at respondents who buy their
gadget in the said premises.

12. IS THERE AN EXISTING RESEARCH GAP?


Although several studies have been conducted to examine the
relationship between online influencers and customer engagement for
gadget stores, none have been as thorough as this one. However, no
similar study has been published about how to engage customers and use
internet influencers to increase product sales. Therefore, this study should
be carried out to assist gadget stores in increasing the sales of their
products and services.
13. WHAT METHOD AND TECHNIQUE DID YOU USE?
For the Method and Technique used in our study, we used a
quantitative correlational approach. Correlational research investigates
relationships between variables without the researchers controlling or
manipulating them. It suits this study because it enables to identify the
relationship between two variables which are effectiveness of online
influencers and customer engagement for gadget store.









14. WHO ARE YOUR RESPONDENTS?


The respondents of this study are 30 customers from the said
business, 15 males and 15 females.
Why did you choose these respondents?
• The respondents must be between the ages of 18 to 40 because they
are the people who could afford to purchase a gadget because they have
a source of income. They can be working students, employed workers,
and business owners.

15. DISCUSS THE POPULATION AND SAMPLE OF YOUR STUDY?
The particular gadget store is DIM Gadget PH located at the 2nd floor
of Greenhills Shopping Center Ortigas Avenue, San Juan, Metro Manila.
The said respondents will be randomly selected. Simple random sampling
was the most favorable and supportive 20 technique in quantitative studies
where individuals get equal opportunities to participate in the study (Rahi,
2017).

INSTRUMENT IN YOU STUDY?
We used survey questionnaire as an Instrument because according
to its definition Survey questionnaire is designed to generate data
necessary to accomplish the objectives of the research project.











18. HOW DO YOU PLAN TO GATHER YOUR DATA?
Since we are under the new normal, we focused on the concept of
online. So we utilized the google forms and created the questionnaire using
this, and then we distributed the link online to our respondents.
The first thing we do is submit the questionnaire for pilot testing and
validity testing to the validators for further remarks and suggestions. Then,
encoded the questionnaire in the google form because the survey was
conducted online. After that, we orient the participants on how to answer
the questionnaire. After retrieving the answered questionnaires, the
researcher tallied and analyzed the data. Lastly, the researcher interpreted
the results and give further discussion.

19. SIGNIFICANCE OF THE STUDY


The outcomes of this study will be used as useful information by
people all around the world with several fields of study, particularly in the
sphere of business. This study will be beneficial for the groups of people.
STUDENTS, BUSINESS OWNER, CUSTOMER.
● Students. This will help business students to become better
candidates for this industry. It will be useful for their preference on what to
do and the marketing strategy to be used for their future business and
company soon.
● Small Business Owner. - Businesses are an economy's foundation.
They offer goods and services that both individuals and other businesses
can buy. They can benefit from this study because this is made for them
and give them idea on how to market their product.







● Customers. They can benefit from this in a way of knowing the goods
and services of a gadget store if it is truly effective and help the customers
choose the best product as they can
