City, Leyte, do hereby by these presents NAME, APPOINT and CONSTITUTE, SHIRLITA P.
SEMBRERO, of legal age, single, Filipino and with resident address at Brgy. Liloan, Ormoc
City, to be my true and lawful attorney-in-fact, for my and in my name, place and
stead to do and perform the following:

1. To transact business, process, update and represent my business firm with

the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) and other government office;

2. To sign, acknowledge, and deliver such papers, documents and instruments

necessary to carry out the above-mentioned purpose;

3. To do such any other act or thing that may be required, necessary or

incidental to carry out effectively any and all of the purposes for which this
authority is hereby given.
