This Deed of Sale, made and executed on this day of September 12th , 2022 here

That for in consideration of the sum of ONE HUNDRED TWENTY THOUSAND PESOS
ONLY (PHP 120,000) PESOS, Philippine Currency, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged
from the BUYER, SELLER do by these presents hereby SELL, TRANSFER and CONVEY unto
the said BUYER, all their rights, interest, claims and participation in the above – mentioned
vehicle free from all liens and encumbrances of whatever kind and nature.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, we have hereunto signed this DEED OF SALE on this day of
SEPTEMBER 12th, 2022 at CEBU CITY, PHILIPPINES.
