Currency, receipt of which in full is hereby acknowledged from the

The VENDOR hereby warrants valid documents and peaceful
possession of the vehicle herein sold and conveyed.
That the VENDEE shall shoulder the cost of registration fees,
documentary stamps, transfer tax, and other expenses incidental to
the sale and transfer of ownership of the aforementioned vehicle.
