It is important to eat a healthy diet. It can help you stay fit and well for the whole of your life if you

To eat a healthy diet, you should eat lots of fresh fruit and vegetables. Fruit and
vegetable are yummy. There are lots of different types of fruit and vegetables. There
are around 1600 types of banana and 7500 different types of apple alone! Can you name
five different types of apple?

To eat a healthy diet, you must have a good balance of carbohydrates, protein and fat. You must also
make sure that you eat the correct portion size of each of these things. Potatoes and rice are a good
source of carbohydrate, can you think of any other?
