1) Temperature control unit. In this unit is displayed the measure of the

cylinders temperature. REAL value is the measured temperature. If the
machine is provided of double thermoregulation both value ( 1° and 2° )
of temperature can be set, otherwise only 1° temperature can be set.

2) Indicator of motorized teflon sheet position setting. This unit is active only on
machine provided of this disposal.

3) STRETCHER CONTROL UNIT. This unit is for setting stretcher operating parameters.

A – On left position operator can set the value of Overfeeding as a

percentage of the overall speed. In order to change this value is
possible to touch + or – buttons or directly type the requested value
by touching number area.

B – On middle position is displayed the measure of the

width of the fabric. Press + or -buttons to move the stretcher.
The left and right button on low position is the stretcher
detection photocells setting. If there is not fabric on stretcher
or whether there are some dangerous holes on side part of the
fabric it stops the machine. The central button ( function
available only for machine with device “REGULUS” )
allows you to adjust the angle of stretcher

C – On right position is possible to set differential side overfeeding as

a percentage of the overall overfeeding. If machine is not provided of
this disposal mentioned buttons are not active.

Speed control unit. Unit that displayed machine speed. Press + or

- buttons to increase or decrease speed.

4) Indicator of synchronism load. This unit is active only on

machine provided of this disposal

5) Buttons Group

Heating – cooling function button. This button has a double function. When main
cylinders are cool ( below 80 ° C ) it start to move and heat the cylinders in order to
prevent thermal shock to the felts: This function is useful during job starting. When
main cylinders are hot ( more than 80 °C ) it start to move the cylinders and close
heating valves. Machine automatically stop when temperature reach 80 °C.

 Manual introduction feeding.

Introduction photocells setting. When this function is enable, machine stops if there
is not fabric on introduction.

Cooling device on setting. Push once to swich on, push again to swich off.

Reverse speed button. This button is active only after pressing and releasing
emergency button. Use only for safety reason because reverse speed can damage
teflon sheets.

Introduction load cell. When this function is enabled, you can work with manual
potentiometer.

Steamer lifting button.

Manual preheating steamer. Open steam flow on manual control. Normally use after
long time stop of the machine in order to heat steam chambers.

Suction hood setting. Active only on machine provided of this disposal.

INTRODUCTION CYLINDERS OPENING. This function reduce the pressure on

the introduction cylinder to allow an easy adjustment. The cylinders will be closed
automatically after few seconds.

6) Alarm warning function:

a) “STOP” (Green) Machine stop

b) “RUN” (White) Machine in motion
c) “ALLARM” (Red) Become red color when some alarm occurs. In order to understand the
alarm touch the alarm display and read alarm details and help.
This unit can be accessible from every pages in the panel

1) Temperature control unit of first cylinder. This unit let the operator set the requested
temperature of the first cylinder. SET temperature is the requested temperature. In order to
change it touch the set value and type the new value ( than touch OK button ). value is the
measured temperature.

2) Temperature control unit of second cylinder. This function is useful only if the machine is
provided of double thermoregulation.

3) Temperature control unit of polishing cylinders. This function is active only after pressing the
button number 4. This unit is active only on machine provided of this disposal.

4) Polishing calander enabled.

If this feature is not enabled, you can work with the polishing cylinder at room
temperature. This function is active only for machine provided of polishing
calander option.

5) Electrical resistance enabled.

This function is active only for machine provided of electrical

heating.

6) Electric power.

This feature allows you to view the electrical absorption of motor and inverter.

1) Motorized teflon sheet position setting. This unit is active only on machine provided of this
disposal. In order to change teflon sheet position press on number area and adjust the position
by increasing or decreasing arrows. On not provided machine position of teflon sheets can be
regolated by manual watches on front and back side.

2) Steam flow control unit . This unit is active only on machine provided of this disposal. Operator
can set value of the steam flow out of the steam chamber as a percentage of overall flow. It is
possible to adjust by pressing arrows or to set the requested value by touching.

3) Compacting percentage.

This page counter contains all counter parameters such as meters, yard and number of fold. Then
there are also indications of productions hours.

Allows you to clear the partial counts.

Turning on additional lamp. This function works only on machine provided with this
device.

This unit has not machine functions but is useful for writing message or remind some important
detail. Sometimes is used for operators free written sentences.
It can be used as a normal blackboard. it is possible to write freely with a finger or a soft plastic
tools.
DO NOT USE METAL OR HARD MATERIAL NOT TO DAMAGE THE PANEL.

1) OPEN A RECIPE.

Touch recipe name on screen and press this button to open it. On left side all
parameter get set according to the new recipe. This is not active into the
machine till DOWNLOAD button is pressed.

2) SAVE A RECIPE.

With this button is possible to save a recipe in panel memory. Check the
name of the recipe before saving and at least create a new name by RECIPE
NAME Button.

3) RECIPE NAME.
Touch the number of receip and press this button. Then
type the name of the recipe and press OK. Set the
parameters and save the recipe with SAVE button.

4) UPLOAD.

This button load all data from the PLC and display them on blue screen.

5) DOWNLOAD.

6) This button load all recipe data into the PLC and get the machine active
with the new recipe.

1) Measure of the width of the fabric. Decrease width pushing -,

increase width pushing +.

2) Speed indicator. Decrease speed pushing -, increase speed pushing

+.

3) Percentage Adjusting of the folding rolls speed. It allows you to

increase or decrease the speed of folding rolls to optimize the fold
output.

4) Differential side overfeeding. Numerical disply shows the

percentage of the overfeeding. Decrease pushing -, increase
pushing +. ( This function is available only for machine with this
device ).

 5) Buttons

Automatic discharging function. This button select the automatic discharging

procedure. It works automatically when the machine is working in Fold or
Rolling.

Platform UP.

Platform DOWN.

Stretcher detection photocells setting. When on machine stop if there is not

fabric on stretcher or whether there are some dangerous holes on side part of the
fabric (Optional).

Rolling up setting button. This button is used when the machine must be set to
work in rolling up position. Press this button before lifting the platform. Folding
rolls move to a back position then it is possible to lift the platform. This function
is active only on machine provided of this disposal.

PAGE 5 – PRINTER PAGE (Optional)

This page is for typing all production parameter that are printed on label (on machine provided whit
printer system).
In order to modify the parameters just press on value string and type target parameter.
Fabric meters are automatically loaded from partial meter at discharging sequens, roll weight is
automatically loaded from weight system and roll number increase value each sequens.

PAGINA 6 – WEIGHT (Optional)

It is possibile to chek the weight every time weight page is pressed.

In order to modify the TARE press on the value number and type target value.
REAL value is the measured weight.
