On this page, the measurement errors in temperature detectors can be corrected within the system.
FRONT LEFT: Due to the voltage drop in the quantity of shielding wire of 3*0,22 installed on the
temperature sensor (PT100) at the front left of poultry, the system measures the PT100 temperature differently.
The difference caused by this condition is removed from this section and the system is enabled to measure the
humidity accurately.
REAR LEFT: Due to the voltage drop in the quantity of shielding wire of 3*0,22 installed on the
temperature sensor (PT100) at the rear left of poultry, the system measures the PT100 temperature differently.
The difference caused by this condition is removed from this section and the system is enabled to measure the
temperature accurately.
FRONT RIGHT: Due to the voltage drop in the quantity of shielding wire of 3*0,22 installed on the
temperature sensor (PT100) at the front right of poultry, the system measures the PT100 temperature
differently. The difference caused by this condition is removed from this section and the system is enabled to
measure the temperature accurately.
REAR RIGHT: Due to the voltage drop in the quantity of shielding wire of 3*0,22 installed on the
temperature sensor (PT100) at the rear right of poultry, the system measures the PT100 temperature differently.
The difference caused by this condition is removed from this section and the system is enabled to measure the
temperature accurately.
Example: As the temperature rate measured by the system equals to 27’C, the temperature is
measured through another digital temperature detector in addition to PT100 temperature detector installed at the
front left of poultry. Then the actual temperature rate is measured as 22’C. The rate measured by the system
(27’C) / The rate measured by the digital device (22’C) = 1.22. By entering this result to the CALC. section, the
system is enabled to measure the temperature accurately.
This procedure is followed for every temperature detector. By this way, the errors caused by
temperature differences within the system can be removed through the detection of accurate temperatures. For
this reason, the ventilation system will work accurately and completely.

manual position. Then, the left flap cover is opened through turning the 0-1 lock switch (ON) of left flap. If the
READ VALUE of the opened cover increases, it means the engine direction is right. Keep opening the cover
until the safety switch interrupts. While entering the READ VALUE of the entirely opened cover to the MAX
section, the value minus 100 of the read value is written. Then, the left flap cover is closed through turning the
0-1 lock switch (OFF) of left flap on the panel. If the READ VALUE of the closed cover decreases, it means
the engine direction is right. Keep closing the cover until the safety switch interrupts. While entering the READ
VALUE of the entirely closed cover to the MIN section, the value plus 100 of the read value is written. Subtract
the MAX value from the MIN value and divide the result by 100. Then, enter this result to the CALCULATE
SUMMER section. By this way, the minimum and maximum operating values of the selected cover are entered
to the system. The left flap cover is enabled to operate automatically in accordance with the 2 temperature rates
within the system’s left part. The temperature in poultry is kept under control.
RIGHT FLAP: In order to adjust the system, firstly switch the 1-0-2 key of right flap on the panel to
the manual position. Then, the right flap cover is opened through turning the 0-1 lock switch (ON) of right flap.
If the READ VALUE of the opened cover increases, then the engine direction is right. Keep opening the cover
until the safety switch interrupts. While entering the READ VALUE of the entirely opened cover to the MAX
section, the value minus 100 of the read value is written. Then, the right flap cover is closed through turning the
0-1 lock switch (OFF) of the right flap on the panel. If the READ VALUE of the closed cover decreases, it
means the engine direction is right. Keep closing the cover until the safety switch interrupts. While entering the
READ VALUE of the entirely closed cover to the MIN section, the value plus 100 of the read value is written.
Subtract the MAX value from the MIN value and divide the result by 100. Then, enter this result to the
CALCULATE SUMMER section. By this way, the minimum and maximum operating values of the selected
cover are entered to the system. The right flap cover is enabled to operate automatically in accordance with the
2 temperature rates within the system’s right part. The temperature in poultry is kept under control.
Example: As the read value during the opening of cover equals to 8100, enter the result reached by
“8100-100 = 8000” to the MAX section. As the read value during the closure of cover equals to 900, enter the
result reached by “900 + 100 = 1000” to the MIN section.
CALCULATE SUMMER = MAX – MIN / 100 = 8000 – 1000 / 100 = 60 is entered.
