The health and wellness of our customers and employees has always been the highest priority
for Fives North American Combustion. We are endeavoring to ensure the quality and continuity of
our services, as well as the availability of our teams, in line with contractual commitments and our
underlying values. In this exceptional context, which continues to change without us being able to fully
measure the implications, we cannot guarantee that we can fully meet our contractual commitments.

In line with the precautions set forth by the WHO,CDC, and our state government and in regards to the
seriousness of the health crisis in our country, we would like to let you know about the actions we’re
taking in response.

Telecommuting has been established for all office employees. Employees may be reached
via their normal phone numbers and email addresses. Our employees are ready and available
to setup remote meetings as needed.

Increased sanitation and cleaning efforts within our manufacturing facilities and offices.

Strict Limitation to outside visitation to our facilities.

Shipping and delivery time frames remain normal at the moment. However, we understand
that this may change as time progresses. We are continually committed to meeting deadlines to
the best of our ability.

We understand that this issue is of deep concern for everyone. We are endeavoring to minimize the
impacts on our customers, and we appreciate their understanding at this difficult time. We will continue
to monitor the situation closely, abide by our core value of doing what’s right, no matter what, and will
maintain the well-being of our employees, owners, and partners as our top priority. Please rest
