 The Essence Of GEPP and MEI

In Minnesota, interest in developing the state’s green economy also has increased in recent
years. Diverse stakeholders have joined together in various partnerships to enhance different
elements of the green economy in the state. Growing the green economy in Minnesota is seen as
an opportunity to promote economic development, create jobs, benefit the environment, and
improve the standard of living. Funding for the Green Economy Partnership Process (GEPP) was
given to the Minnesota Environmental Initiative (MEI) by the Minnesota Department of Commerce
and the Blue Green Alliance. MEI formed a 28-member stakeholder Work Group composed of
diverse representatives from business, finance, labor, environmental organizations, higher
education, workforce development, and economic development agencies to develop the
recommendations for GEPP.

 The Importance Of The Substance And The Relevance To The Participant’s Task
As a part of the human resources of the Indonesian police department, this field needs the
police department for the protection and supervision to anticipate the occurrence of criminal acts
related to these issues. Therefore, we need to take these issues as a special development
curriculum in police human resources curricula. As one of the HR (Human Resources) of
Indonesian police department tasks, it is to provide personnel who have the ability to formulate and
review policies and development strategies for the development of the Indonesian National Police
human resources through the provision of special education and development. Implementing
education and training related to green economy issues and investment.
 The Scopes And The Example of the Substance and Issues
As one of economic development partnership examples, APEX or Area Partnership for
Economic Expansion the primary goal is to strengthen the regional economy through the creation
of sustainable wealth, which will result in quality jobs for the people who live there. It accomplishes
this by promoting the retention and growth of existing companies that are vital to the region’s
economy, and by attracting new businesses that can benefit from the area’s distinct competitive
advantages. APEX is a member-funded organization, supported by over 65 members including
private businesses, foundations, economic development organizations, and industry leaders who
seek to improve the region’s business climate. Their operating budget is $600,000 and comes
strictly from membership dues. The APEX Board of Directors is composed of executives and
directors from the region’s largest and most influential organizations. Board members have
demonstrated strong leadership in their industry, involvement in their community, and an interest in
using their knowledge and resources to grow the region’s economy.

 Comparison Of Issues With the Existing Concept

Issues related to the concept of GEPP and the National Police HR are the application of
existing concepts in collaboration with university (domestic or foreign) and educate members of the
National Police from disciplines so that they are expected to be able to identify, detect and
anticipate potential problems as a result of green economy development and investment through a
scholarship program.
