PREFACE
The praise be to Allah SWT because of His Mercy this Intensive Arabic 3 Module for Students of
Nursing Undergraduate has been successfully written. This module discusses about elaborates
Arabic communication to person and people. After accomplishing this course, students are
expected to be able to Mastering in Reading and Speaking Arabic Language.
The writer would like to express appreciation to all colleagues and all parties involved. We
realize that this book still has many weaknesses and pitfalls. We receive any feedback to make
this module better in the future. Finally, we hope that this book would be a useful source for

To be a leading faculty with academic and professionalism excellence in health
science field by integrating Islamic values into science, technology and arts in 2025.

1.2.2.1 To perform good quality of nursing and health education within Competency
Based Curriculum by integrating Islamic values and profession ethic with
excellence in emergency in order to provide muttaqin expert and having

KK 3 Able to perform basic trauma and cardiac life support/BTCLS) in an

KK 4 Able to administer oral, topical, nasal, parenteral, supositoria dan
intratekal medicines based on standard of administering medicine.
KK5 Able to do nursing diagnosis with limited depth based on the
analysis of data, information, and theoretical review from any
sources in order to determine the priority of nursing care.
KK6 Able to compile and implement a standard nursing care and nursing
ethic with appropriate cultural sensitivity, respect diversities in

نظافة البيئة
النظافة نوعان؛ نظافة خاصة ،ونظافة عامة .فالنظافة
اخلاصة نظافة جسم اإلنسان وثوبه وطعامه وبيئته .أما
النظافة العامة ،فنظافة األماكن العامة ،كالشوارع واحلدائق.
وتقع مسؤولية النظافة اخلاصة على األفراد .أما مسؤولية
النظافة العامة ،فتقع على األفراد واحلكومات.وهذا ما دعا
إليه الرسول -صلى هللا عليه وسلم -يف قوله( :إماطة
األذى عن الطريق صدقة).
يقاس تقدم الدول -اليوم -ابلنظافة ،فإذا كانت الدولة
وسكاهنا يهتمون ابلنظافة ،فهي دولة متحضرة ،وإذا كانت الدولة
وسكاهنا ال يهتمون ابلنظافة ،فهي دولة متخلفة .وهناك دول مشهورة
يف العامل ابلنظافة ،وهي قليلة مثل ايبن و سنغافورة .وهناك دول أخرى
مشهورة ابلقذارة ،وهي كثرية.

من أضرار التدخين
انتشر التدخني ،وكثرت نسبة الدخنني يف هذا العصرُ ،ما ينذر ابزدايد الشكَلت الصحية
بينهم .فقد أظهرت دراسات كثرية أن التدخني يعرض الصحة لكثري من األخطار ،وأنه سبب
لكثري من األمراض ،مثل :أمراض القلب ،وسرطان الرئة ،كما أنه يسبب الشيخوخة ،ويزيد نسبة
الوفيات.
صحيح أن كل شيء بقضاء هللا ،وأن الوت
واحلياة والرض والصحة ،كلها بيد هللا ،ولكن
َيب أن نتذكر دائما ،أن هللا سبحانه وتعال
يقول( :وال تلقوا ِبيديكم إل التهلكة).
ويقول( :وال تقتلوا أنفسكم إن هللا كان بكم
رحيما) .والتدخني قتل للنفس ،وانتحار
بطيء ،كما أنه ضرر إبمجاع األطباء والعقَلء.
والرسول -صلى هللا عليه وسلم -يقول:
"ال ضرر وال ضرار" ،وقد لوحظ أن نسبة
وفاة الدخنني تزداد ابزدايد استهَلك
السجائر.

ً فأن مشغول، ولكن مل أستطع، حاولت ذلك:
Saya telah berusaha untuk itu, akan tetapi saya tidak sanggup. Karena saya
selalu sibuk.
. الدواء وحده ال يكفي. والبد من الرايضة، البد من احلمية. حالتك خطرية: الطبيب
Kondisimu mengkuatirkan. (Anda) harus mengikuti diet dan harus melakukan
olahraga. Obat saja tidak cukup.
. وقابلن بعد شهر، وتناول الدواء، ومارس الرايضة، اتبع احلمية: الطبيب

Ikutilah diet makanan, rajinlah berolahraga dan minum obat. Lalu datanglah
kepadaku setelah sebulan.
ماشاء هللا ! ماذا فعلت ؟. وكذلك السكر، الضغط عادي: الطبيب
Tekanan darahmu sudah normal, demikian pula kadar gula. Masya Allah. Apa
yang anda lakukan?

ً وجزاك هللا، إن شاء هللا:
Insya Allah. Semoga Allah membalas kebaikanmu.

أنواع الترويح
يمارس الناس بعض األنشطة ،للترويح عن النفس .ويطلب الناس الترويح بعد
كثيرا ،يحتاج إلى الترويح ،والطالب
عناء العمل ،أو الدراسة .فالعامل الذي يعمل ً
كثيرا ،يحتاج إلى الترويح .والترويح مفيد للعقل والجسم .وليس ً الذي يدرس
الهدف من الترويح قتل الوقت ،وإنما الهدف قضاء الوقت في أنشطة مفيدة.
للترويح صور كثيرة منها :القراءة،
وممارسة الرياضة ،والسفر ،وقضاء
الوقت في الحديقة ،أو على االشاطئ،
وألعاب الحاسوب ،وإقامة المخيمات،
وصيد السمك ،زيارة المتاحف.
يفضل كثير من الناس القراءة ،ففيها فائدة
ومتعة .فاإلنسان يروح عن نفسه بقراءة القصص والشعر والكتب المفيدة .ومن
الترويح المفيد ممارسة الرياضة ،ألن اإلسالم يدعو إلى القوة .قال الرسول -
صلى هللا عليه وسلم " : -المؤمن القوي خير وأحب إلى هللا من المؤمن
الضعيف ،وفي كل خير" .وكان المسلمون يمارسون الرياضة .قال عمر بن
الخطاب -رضي هللا عنه " : -علموا أوالدكم السباحة والرماية وركوب الخيل".

. وجدت نفسي هنا يف الستشفى، وعندما أفقت، وأن يف الشركة، أغمي علي: إبراهيم
Saya mendadak pingsan ketika berada di perusahaan, dan ketika siuman, saya
mendapati diriku di sini, di rumah sakit.
ًّ األمر عجيب:
. طلب من الطبيب أن أغري أسلوب حيايت،جدا إبراهيم
Sungguh mengherankan sekali, dokter menyuruhku gaya hidupku.

. ال ترويح فيها، حياتك كلها عمل: قال ِل: إبراهيم
Dia berkata kepadaku: Hidupmu semuanya kerja, tidak ada istirahat di
dalamnya

الدين يدعو للنظافة
النظافة ضرورية يف كل شيء ،وقد حث الدين على نظافة أجسامنا ،ونظافة السكن الذي أنوي
إليه ،ونظافة السجد الذي نصلي فيه ،ونظافة الكان الذي نعمل فيه ،ونظافة الَلبس الِت
نرتديها .وقد جعل هللا النظافة والطهارة شرطا ال تتم بعض العبادات إال به؛ فالصَلة ال تقبل إال
ابلطهارة.
واألسَلم يدعو الناس إل أن حيافظوا على نظافة األماكن الِت يعيشون فيها كالبيوت ،وأماكن
السكن ،والساجد ،وأماكن العمل .فليس من الصحة ،وال من الذوق واألدب أن ترمى
القمامة ،وفضَلت الطعام يف الطريق ؛ ألن يف ذلك أذى للناس ،وتلويثا للمكان الذي يعيشون
فيه .وقد دعا الرسول -صلى هللا عليه وسلم -إل إزالة ما يؤذي الناس من الطريق .قال -
صلى هللا عليه وسلم ( : -اإلميان بضع وسبعون ضعبة ،فأفضلها قول ال إله إال هللا ،وأدنها

.ً لقد أمر ألرسول – صلى هللا عليه وسلم – أخا الريض أن يسقيه عسَل: حازم
Sungguh Rasul -shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam- telah menyuruh saudara orang yang
sakit itu agar memberinya minum madu.
