Warm greetings to everyone for a Happy and Grace-filled New Year 2021! This is to announce
the schedule of the Visayas Virtual Election of the Girl Representative to the Central Board
and the Regional Senior & Cadet Conference to be held on 12 and 13 February 2021
respectively.

Please take note of the details of the said events below:

Event 1 : VIRTUAL ELECTION OF THE REGIONAL GIRL

REPRESENTATIVE TO THE CENTRAL BOARD

Date : 12 February 2021, 1:30 P.M.

Participants : One (1) per Council - the newly elected Council Board Girl
Representative for the new triennium 2021- 2024

Event 2 : VISAYAS VIRTUAL REGIONAL SENIOR & CADET

CONFERENCE

Date : Saturday, 13 February 2021, 8:30 A.M. to 5:00 P.M.

Participants : Six (6) to eight (8) Senior/Cadet Girl Scouts (who are registered as of
March 2021) per Council preferably members of the School/ Council
Senior Planning Board.

Registration Fee : P100.00 per participant to cover tokens to the Speakers and Girl
Leaders who will run the Conference, certificates and badges.

The Conference will be run by the Working Committee composed of the Councils SPB
Chairmen of Bohol, Leyte and Negros Or.-Siquijor headed by the Visayas Regional Girl
Representative to the Central Board, Cdt. GS Jeneleen G. Talledo and her Alternate,
Cdt. GS Honey H. Parreño

There will be a meeting of the Working Committee composed of these Girls mentioned-
above who will serve as members of the Working Committee on 15 January 2021 for the
Planning/Organizational Meeting in preparation for the said event.

Councils may charge the registration fees of its delegates to the Program & Training
Development Grant (PTDG) but would depend on the availability of funds and you need to submit
to VRO the accomplished charge sheet on or before 29 January 2021.

Enclosed are the Application & Parent’s Consent Forms and Reply Slip which we expect to
receive at VRO on or before 23 January 2021.

We look forward to a 100% attendance to this event.
