The Municipal Social Welfare and Development Office (MSWDO) of Carmona

presently has inclusive programs and services for children to ensure that their survival,
development, and protection will be fully addressed. One of the concrete programs is the
Center Based Program in an Alternative Venue (CBPAV) providing Early Childhood
Care Development to children ages 3 - 4.11 years old. Every three (3) years the
MSWDO as the prime mover of CBPAV must comply with the set standards of the
Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) for the licensing of Child
Development Worker
For this year, the DSWD Regional Office informed the MSWDO on the upcoming
Service Delivery and Functionality Assessment of all our Day Care Center (DCC)
Facilities and Child Development Workers (CDW) on April 22-23 and 29-30, 2022.
Below is the list of documents that the CDWs are required to submit for this
activity:
1. Copy of Appointments
2. Service Records
3. Salary Certification

or before March 21, 2022. We have attached the CDWs names for your easy reference.
