DESIGN REQUIREMENTS

The primary requirement this project is to design a functional building

that is sustainable, well ventilated, aesthetically pleasing, has good
zoning and a good circulation around the interior of the building. The
rooms of the building are designed to be well ventilated, well lighted.

The exterior is aimed at creating a natural atmosphere for good re-

laxation, this was achieved by proper vegetation around the building.

 DESIGN PROPOSAL

This is a proposed four bedroom twin duplex design, located at Abeo-

kuta, Ogun state. The building was designed and rendered by me.
The design has all the four bedrooms ensuite, one bedroom on the
ground floor for the guest and three bedrooms on the upper floor
including the masters bedroom, Antae room, Living room, Family
lounge in the upper floor, Kitchen and Dining.

I was commissioned to do the architectural drawings, Modelling and

presentation of the four bedroom twin duplex.
