Infrastructure Officer

Our teams are operating thru delivery centers that perform following activities:
 Infrastructure & Application services
 Managed Services for interoperability
 SOC services in cybersecurity monitoring
 PaaS solution with KeyPaaS.com, the IoT security cloud platform
 BPO services with data governance & compliance

Responsibilities:
 Provide second level support for incoming requests and incident reports
 Install hardware and software according with the procedures
 Maintains and updates existing systems
 Implements new software, systems and equipment.
 Assist in maintaining the computing equipment inventory
 Maintains relationships with third parties
 Monitors and continuously improve systems
 Follows up the service and support contracts, assuring continuity
 Completes and follows up all the documentation involved in daily activities

Requirements:
 University degree in related field (Computer Science considered an advantage)
 Good experience with Microsoft systems
 At least 5 years working experience
 Understanding of antimalware and data loss prevention systems in an enterprise
environment
 Knowledge of IT Security threats, standards and best practices
 Ability to understand and develop scripting (PowerShell, batch)
 Networking: switching and routing
 Storage
 Virtualization: VMWARE
 IT & Telecommunication general knowledge
 Team worker and proactive attitude
 Problem-solving skills, capability to manage small projects
 Can take ownership of the given tasks and pursue them to completion.
 Good command in English
