    Informant, Mother of a girl aged 13 years alleged that Mr. Satish Zade, resident of Panvel, took

    her daughter on pretext of giving her Mango in his house further he pulled, touched her body and

    attempted to remove her cloths. At that point of time, mother reached the spot and rescued her

    daughter. She immediately lodged an FIR. On the basis of said FIR, crime came to be registered

    against the accused under section 361, 354,342 and 309 of the IPC and under section 8 of the

    POCSO Act.

    Trial in this matter is going on before the hon’ble court; accordingly prepare the case from both

    sides.
