RESEARCH DESIGN

Survey and experimental method is specifically the two group method will be used to meet and test the
objectives of this study this study will measure describe and test the variables and determine the
relationship of independent and dependent variables a survey method is employed to measure the
existing phenomenon without engaging into why it exists it does not take into account the relationship
between devils experimental research is any research conducted with specific approach where a set of
variables are kept constant

Table.1 Materials

10-15 dried mornings leaves, 3 cups filtered water, 1 inch ginger scrubbed and cut into slices, 1 inch
turmeric,scrubbed and cut into slices

Table.2 Equipment and Utensils

Blender,wax paper,strainer ,Spoon

Strainer to Filter the Powdered leaves some more.

5.Pour the Powdered Leaves in A Clean Container or Jar and Store In a cool and dry area to avoid moist
and molds
Variables of the Study

In this study there were two kinds of variables the independent variables and dependent variables the
independent variables are namely moringa leaves or powder the dependent variables are the
acceptability in terms of appearance aroma texture and taste and appearance probability for the
purpose of analysis and interpretation the variables were classified as follow

Acceptability

It was used to determine if moringa leaves can replace powdered is acceptable

Appearance

It’s the way how someone or something looks at how they accept their appearance of moringa leaves as
a replacement of the powder

Texture

This refers as to how to respondent accept the texture of moringa powder to the tea taste

Aroma

The smell and taste of these plants is typically tart and spicy such as turnip cabbage or radish

Taste

Moringa the offers an earthy flavor similar to the green tea it is less better and stringent than most
