your school district. I have worked with Ms. O’Flynn as her professor and was her supervisor during her
Professional Semester and her Student Teaching placements.

differentiates instruction and accommodates the learning needs of all students in her classroom. Ms.
O’Flynn truly teaches from the heart and makes it a priority to build community in her classroom. Her
