As a person who struggles a lot, SE 101, or the Self

Enhancement Program has helped me a lot this semester.

The pandemic has changed so many things in my life. It

was difficult in many different ways. Now, after being

able to go to school with the new normal, I felt joyful

but at the same time, anxious. SE 101 is a big help to me

and every student at the tertiary level, wherein almost

every student is struggling in their respective chosen

program. SE 101 taught us how to effectively deal with

the changes and challenges in the new normal may it be

psychological, physical, emotional, or even financial

which is the best thing that we need to learn these days.

SE 101 also taught us not just how to improve ourselves

but also how to improve our relationships with other

people that we encounter every day. As a person who

struggles with socialization, being taught effective ways

how to communicate with other people is a big help and a

lifesaver for me. Self Enhancement Program teaches us how

to build ourselves for a bigger world. This program is

helping us grow and be a version of ourselves. In this

case, we will be good, productive, responsible,

competitive citizens, ready to face the bigger world

outside of school life, ready to conquer the bright

future ahead. Our generation, Generation Z, possesses

incredible, and beautiful skills. In SE 101, we are

taught how to discover, improve, sharpen out our unique

skills. This program helped us in becoming more

assertive, confident and self-aware, especially to those

student who lack in self confidence. If this program

continue to serve every student what it really meant to

be served, skilled student will rise up, student will be

more participative in every aspect and every category

they are confident with, people will have enough courage

to discover what’s inside them and have enough courage to

sharpen it out and show it to the whole world, be

confident with what they are gifted for, what they can do

or capable of doing, what’s the gift that our God gave

them. Our community, our generation will rise and it will

give us the strength to continue thus legacy. Our society

will be filled with more confident and stable people that

will inspire the young ones to follow our path and teach

them the best way to self enhancement. We know we love a

community that’s beautiful and productive. That’s what SE

101 is capable doing of. With the simple guidance and

lessons that they taught us, they are molding us into

better person, better version of ourselves. With the

simple reminders that they gave us, with the simple

gesture they do to make us feel belonged and heard, they

are healing us and turning us into people who will not

just be thankful but are also people who will be the

future instrument to others, be the inspiration to other

people who are also struggling.
