To introduce you in the soul of the local sellers and feel the emotions from a
market, i will do my presentation using pictures.

Poza 1---Bunica Adriana:

When we made wine at my girlfriend's grandmom's house I saw some grapes that
were not crushed enough so I took one of them dehydrated it and used it to smoke
the glass.

This gentleman was my saver. Not only that he had the best sea buckthorn and
the best cranberries, but he even saved me some quantity for my drink so I can make
my ingredients with fresh fruits.

The man with the honey was the first picture I took. He told me that if I
will win I have to take him with me in Venezuela.

Unfortunately the lady was too shy to let me take a picture but at least I
convinced her to let me take a picture with her hand on the wine. I wanted to show
you the best wine for a reduction from piata flora and trust me, I tried all of
them that day!

The lady with the plums. In the first recipe I didnt want to use plums. But
while I was walking through the market I heard someone behind me: "Ce cauti ma
copile?" It means "What are you looking for kid?" and somehow after i told her
about what was i doing there she sold me the plums. So yes, thank you for that.

Romul--- After all this ingredients we need a smoky, sweet, fruity, woody rum but

Poza 7---Doamna cu linguritele

The spoons were bought from this old lady. I mean, how can you not buy
something from her? Just look at her!

The garnish includes almost the same flavors as the drink. So you Know what awaits
you.

In this drink are 2 concepts.

The first concept is the ZERO WASTE concept. that`s why i used everything for this
drink. even the seeds from plums for the coaster.

Local sellers probably dont know very much about cocktails. But if we combine their
ingredients with a Rum from Venezuela, we can create something good. So the main
concept for this drinks is:

When romanian ingredients meet Venezuela`s rum, we can create. ROManian Daiquiri.
