Android Chatbot app for medical care | Python, Cypher QL, Graph database, Flutter March 2022 – June 2022
• Developed knowledge graph based hybrid model of chatbot that interacts with user supporting solutions to

symptoms, medicines, and recent trends of the disease.

• The model classifies the intent of user question through NLU, the matched data from graph database is shown

through the neural BERT model having an accuracy of 87.23 %. The backup model uses unsupervised algorithm
cosine similarity to handle uncertain data.
