the R.A 10175 or the and avoiding and decreasing the cybercrimes

B. Detailed Proposal

a. Rationale:
Cybercrime is an escalating phenomenon recognized by law enforcement and
other as serious- increasing problem. The need is critical equip residence and police
with cybercrime preparedness to combat and eradicate the problem. The key to fully
resolve cybercrime is educating potential victims. A converted effort and
collaboration among the government, experts, financial institution and educational
institutions. To conduct wide spread information and awareness campaigns against
cybercrimes. Teaching and learning academically about computers, computer
programing and many more but introducing them to the other side of the computer’s
platform where they can harm and do crimes while having a knowledge about
computers are another thing to consider.
This culminating seminar will enhance the knowledge and gave awareness to
the learners about crimes that are committed in online platforms or the cybercrime.
A fun activity where you learn and experience things in the cyberworld where crimes
are present especially for students who took ICT programs.
Presenting laws by the experts of anti-cybercrimes unit while using digitals/
technology and educating students. Anti-cybercrime unit will use digital technology
to introduced cybercrimes as well as prevention and awareness of the said subject. A
culminating seminar that not only focusing on the student but also with the teachers
everybody can be a victim of cybercrime.

b. General Objectives:
Introducing the RA 10175 to the learners and educate them about subject
through culminating activities with the aid of digital technology and online
platforms.

c. Specific Objectives:
1. Educate students pertaining on the RA 10175 and become a
anti- cybercrime literate
2. Increase community awareness about prevention, combating
and avoiding cybercrimes
3. Develop anti- cybercrimes literate group within the school
together with their children
4. Implementing school- based learning, programs, seminars and
trainings to educate the future hope of the country
5. Develop a web- page where students learn anti – cybercrimes
laws and prevent it while using their digitals devices.
