    INSTRUCTIONS TO STUDENTS:

    1. Kindly analyse on the application of section 173A and section 294 of the Criminal
    Procedure Code (Act 593) and how it balances the interest between the accused, victim
    and the public at large. This assignment must include contents such as the relevant
    sections and case laws.
    2. This is an individual based task.
    3. This written assignment must be in Arial font 12 and not exceeding 4 pages or maximum
    of 1000 words (not including graph, pictures, infographic and referencing) with APA style
    (end note) plus list of references at the end.
    4. The submission via ms teams (in MS Word format) on the due date and time as mention
    above.
    5. The full marks is 15 marks.
